To request a copy of your Transcript, Replacement Diploma or Graduation Verification, please submit a request in writing (Email or Postal Mail) to the PMTC Manager. All request must be sent to the Port Mourant Training Centre.

CERTIFICATE REPLACEMENT:

PMTC can issue Board of Industrial Training (BIT) replacement certificates. Please send your request in writing with your name and batch year for a replacement certificate.
Guyanese Residence: GY$1,000.00
Overseas Residence: GY$4,000.00

 

PMTC can issue Guysuco Training Centre (GTC) replacement certificates. Please send your request in writing with your name and batch year for a replacement certificate.
Guyanese Residence: GY$1,000.00
Overseas Residence: GY$4,000.00

 

PMTC cannot issue City and Guilds (C&G) replacement certificates. Please visit www.cityandguilds.com for more information.

 

PMTC cannot issue Guyana Technical Education Examination (GTEE) replacement certificates. Please contact Guyana’s Ministry of Education Examination Division, Queen College Compound, Georgetown, Guyana or www.education.gov.gy for more information.

TRANSCRIPT REPLACEMENT:

PMTC can issue transcripts from 1973 to present ONLY.  
Guyanese Residence: GY$3,000.00
Overseas Residence: GY$10,000.00

 

The Board of Industrial Training (BIT) has records for all years.

 

A notarized authorization letter can be issued to uplift your certificate(s)/transcript on your behalf.
